Service call

Terms of Service & Pricing Policy

  • Service Call / Trip Fee: A non-refundable base fee of $129.95 + HST applies to all appointments. This fee covers the dispatch and travel of the technician to your location.
  • Diagnostic & Labor Charges: Please note that diagnostic time is additional to the Service Call fee. All technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair labor are billed separately.
  • Flat-Rate Pricing: For all repairs, we utilize a National Price Guide to ensure fair and consistent flat-rate pr

Additional appliances during same visit

$40

For every extra appliance you would like us to check and diagnose during the same visit, the minimum charge starts at $40 per appliance. + Diagnostic  labour.  Again we use the flat rate system pricing guide.

Parking fees
