Menu / Price List

This is our fee to attend your residence, assess the appliance, diagnose the issue(s) and provide an estimate to service the appliance, and/or replace any faulty components, parts or accessories. The Service Call Diagnostic ( includes 20 min of diagnostic labour.) 

There is a minimum of $40 per additional appliance to be diagnosed which includes the first 20 min.  Any additional time to diagnose will be added to the price.  We will then provide an estimate to complete the repair.  Please note that this must be booked on day of initial service appointment so we can ensure to allocate enough time to service.

We do not charge an hourly rate. The labour fee is the repair quote which is calculated using a national flat rate price guide. 

If we are required to pull stacked machines out of closets, or machines are not easily accessable, there is a minimum fee of $80-$120+ HST that will be added to the price.
